WCS lent their project management expertise to this massive mining operation that included 700 ironworkers. They quickly identified and addressed key barriers to productivity and began implementing systems that streamlined logistics and increased the project’s overall efficiency. Through the simple inclusion of a work glove program for employees, WCS was able to drop the number of daily incident reports drastically. Within six months, the client was already noticing the benefits of the safety and productivity systems WCS put in place.
