Since April the French crane company S.E Levage has been operating the largest telescopic mobile crane in the country, a LTM 11200-9.1 from Liebherr. The telescopic crane is considered one of the strongest mobile cranes on the market and has one of the longest telescopic booms, which can be extended to (188 m 328 ft.). S.E Levage purchased the refurbished crane, directly from the manufacturer in Ehingen, Germany where the crane was completely overhauled and customized.
Various lattice extensions are also available. The Y telescopic boom guying delivers significant increases in load capacity. The 9-axle chassis includes active, speed-dependent rear-axle steering developed by Liebherr.
