The Manitex 38 Ton (34, 5 m ton) Capacity 38124S swing cab boom truck crane has a 5-Section 124' (37, 8 m) Proportional Boom with a 1 or 2-Section 30' 6" (9, 3 m) to 55' (16, 8 m) jib for a maximum tip height of 165' 11" (50, 6 m).
The crane features continuous rotation, and retracted, intermediate and fully extended outrigger charts are standard. It has pilot operated controls with optional free swing, 2-Speed planetary hoist with grooved drum, Negative Draft Flange and Cable Roller. Optional Auxillary Hoist, Load Moment Indicator with Digital Display, CAN Bus, Overload Shutdown and Internal Boom Length Cable, Radio ATB, Rugged, Weatherproof Electrical System with Circuit Status LEDs. Includes System Pressure Gauge, Clamp-On Mounting and Self-Lubricating Slider Pads; an Optional enclosed Cab with Heater is available.
