Lorain RT 230 Specifications

No longer in production, the 30 USt (27 mt) lifting capacity Lorain RT 230 is a Rough Terrain crane has a four-section 30' - 94' (9.2 - 28.8 m) full-power mechanically synchronized telescoping boom, and an optional 26' - 43' (7.9 - 13.1 m) swing-away jib, offsettable to 0, 15, 30 degrees for a maximum tip height of 141'(43 m).

The RT 230 includes an advanced suspension, fully independent multi-position hydraulic outriggers, hydrostatic power steering, two-speed main and auxiliary winches, RCI 510 load system rated capacity indicator, and a high-tech operator’s cab.

Terex acquired the Lorain crane brand and this model is still fully supported by a global network of Terex Authorized Rough Terrain Crane distributors.
