The Kobelco CK1100G hydraulic lattice boom crawler crane has a maximum lifting capacity of 99.7 metric tons (110 U.S. tons), a maximum boom length of 61m (200 ft) and an 18m (60 ft) jib. The boom and jib attachments are welded lattice construction using tubular, high-tensile steel chords with pin connections between sections. Optional inserts and sheaves are available.

The CK1100G is powered by a 285 HP Hino J08E-UV series inline water-cooled 6-cylinder engine, water-cooled with direct fuel injection, and a turbocharger. The fuel tank holds 400 liters to ensure high efficiency and long working hours. The CK1100G has a hydraulic folding type gantry that is fitted with a sheave frame for boom reeving, providing full up and down positions with linkage. The CK1100G also has an eco-friendly operating mode called “G Mode” that eliminates needless operations and engine functions for reduced fuel consumption.

The Kobelco CK1100G is reliable, simple to maintain, and easy to transport. The glass cab is full vision and totally enclosed. The auxiliary controls and instruments are mounted on the side console for convenience. To ensure the crane is working at its fullest capabilities the crane has an integrated Load Moment Indicator (LMI) integrated.
