A legacy model, the Manitowoc 2900TC Lattice Boom "Heavy Lift" Conventional Truck Crane features a 70-ton lifting capacity designed for lifting, pile driving, clamshell, dragline-hinged fairlead applications.
While no longer in production, basic power is a 180 HP 6-cylinder Cummins HS-652-B (HS-6-B1) with a three-stage Twin torque converter or an optional 165 HP 6-cylinder GM 6-71 Model 6055C with twin disc torque converter.
The tubular No. 16 boom is standard on the 2900WC lift crane with pin joints with offsettable No. 124 jib.
No. 18 boom with open throat top is also available.
While this model and the 2900 Series in no longer in production Lampson Cranes has various booms, jibs, and components to keep your 2900 Series up and running.
