Link-Belt LS-248H Specifications

The Link-Belt LS-248H is a heavy-duty lattice boom crawler crane used in construction, industrial, and manufacturing applications.

This hydraulic lattice-boom crane has a maximum lift capacity of 200 tons (181.50 mt) and a maximum boom length of 280 feet that is operated on tracks or crawlers, which provide stability and support on uneven or soft terrain. Often used on large-scale construction projects, including building bridges, skyscrapers, and other structures that require heavy lifting and precise positioning of materials. The LS-248H is manufactured by Link-Belt Construction Equipment Company, a leading manufacturer of cranes and other heavy equipment.

Equipped with a variety of safety features, including load moment indicators, which alert the operator when the crane is approaching its maximum load capacity. It also has an anti-two block system, which prevents the hook block from striking the boom tip, and a hydraulic system that provides smooth, precise control over the crane's movements.

The LS-248H is operated from a cab located at the top of the crane, which provides the operator with a clear view of the work area. The cab is equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure the operator's comfort in all weather conditions. The crane can be transported to different job sites on a lowboy trailer or disassembled for transport on multiple trucks.
