Not to be confused with the Grove GMK6300B, the Grove GMK6300 is based on the Grove GMK6220-L and is a 6 axle All Terrain Crane with 15.5 m to 60 m five-section main boom with optional Telescopic swing away, 11 - 19 m (offsets 5°, 30°) or lattice extension, 19 - 51 m, in sections of 8 m (offsets 3°, 25°). or Luffing jib, 21 - 61 m, in sections of 8 m and comes standard with 50 tons of counterweight, consisting of various sections (vehicle width 3.00 m) with Hydraulic removal system.
The upper superstructure is powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM906LA, diesel, 6 cylinders, water-cooled, turbocharged, 190 kW (258 HP) at 1800 rpm. (80/1269 EWG - fan rigid). Max. torque: 1100 Nm at 1300 rpm. Fuel tank capacity: 330 l. Engine emission: EUROMOT / EPA / CARB (non-road).
The lower carrier features a Mercedes-Benz OM502LA, diesel, 8 cylinders, water-cooled, turbocharged, 420 kW (571 HP) at 1800 rpm (80/1269 EWG - fan loose). Max. torque: 2700 Nm at 1080 rpm. Fuel tank capacity: 500 l. Engine emission: EUROMOT / EPA / CARB (non-road) with an Allison automatic CLT 755, 5 forward and 1 reverse speed. Transfer case with 2 speeds and inter-axle differential lock. Standard 12 x 6 12 drive steer with 14.00 R25 tires make this AT an impressive addition to any crane rental fleet.
