The Tadano TR-800XXL-4 rough terrain crane has a max lift capacity of 80 tons (73 t), a five-section main boom of 37.7' - 144.4'(11.5 m -44.0 m), and a max jib length of 58 ft. (18 m).
Powered by a four-cycle, six-cylinder water-cooled, and turbocharged Mitsubishi diesel engine that is capable of producing up to 223 hp (166 kW) and a 79-gallon (300 L) fuel tank with a standard with an electronically controlled, fully automated transmission system with six forward speeds and two reverse speeds.
The Tadano TR-800XXL-4 features a one-man steel cab that includes foot-operated controls, a three-way adjustable operator’s seat, a tilt-telescoping steering wheel, an adjustable control lever, a dash-mounted engine start/stop button, sliding door access, and tinted safety glass windows.
The synchronization system consists of two telescope cylinders, an extension cable, and a retraction cable. Hydraulic cylinder fitted with holding valve. Two easily removable wire rope guards, rope dead end provided on both sides of boom head. Boom telescope sections are supported by wear pads both vertically and horizontally. The extension speed is 106' 7-1/2" in 145 seconds.
While the Tadano TR Series of Rough Terrain cranes are no longer in production, this model series is still fully supported by a global network of Tadano distributors.
