Currently still in production as of 2023, the 26-ton (23.6 metric ton)  lifting capacity National Crane Series 900A boom truck is available as a standard behind-cab mount or as a rear mount and comes in two variations. 

Main telescopic boom lengths include the 90 ft. (27.4 m) National 990A or the 103 ft. (31.4 m) National 9103A and the 25 ft.- 44 ft. (7.6 - 13.4 m) two-section jib is interchangeable with both models. The Series 900A is also available as a wireline machine. The Series 900A comes standard with 375° non-continuous rotation.

Previously the National 969A that comes with a 27’6” - 69’2” (8.38-21.08 m) three-section boom with an optional Model 9FJ44M 25-44 ft (7.62-13.41 m) two-section jib and the National 9125A with a 36 ft 2 in -125 ft (11.02-38.10) four-section boom were part of the original product line up. 

Crane Features:

• Burst of speed winch provides faster winch payout and pickup of unloaded cable.
• The stronger standard torsion box improves rigidity, reduces truck frame flex, and eliminates the need for a counterweight.
• A control knob located on the swing motor brake release valve can be easily adjusted to the crane operator's swing speed preference.
• Bearings on the boom and retract cables can be greased through access holes in the boom side plates.
• Number of internal boom parts has been reduced, decreasing service time when rebuilding the machine.
• Standard on the 900A, internal anti-two block wire routing eliminates the external reel and wire, removing the possibility of snagging reel or wire on obstructions and causing damage.
• Painting crane components before assembly reduces the possibility of rust, improves serviceability, and enhances the appearance of the machine.
• A removable winch allows the internal telescoping cylinder to be removed quickly, without dismantling the boom.
• Speedy-reeve boom tip and sheave blocks simplify rigging changes by decreasing the time needed to change line reeving
