Considered the flagship of the Manitowoc Group All Terrain product line the 550-ton (450 m ton) lifting capacity Grove GMK7450 (European Designation) All Terrain Crane has consistently been improved upon since first released in 2002.

Now branded as the Grove GMK7550 this All Terrain comes with a 53 ft - 197 ft (16 -60 m) five-section full power MEGAFORM telescopic boom with patented TWIN-LOCK boom pinning system,  82 ft - 240 ft (25 m - 73 m) lattice luffing jib,  39 ft - 230 ft (12 m - 70 m) fixed lattice jib and 433 ft (135 m) overall tip height.

New control console with EKS5 and ECOS, Right side mounted cab stows to the rear, and the superstructure crane operator's cabin tilts up to approx 20°.

264, 500 lbs. (120 mt) hydraulically installed/removed counterweight, 255 hp (190 kW) Cummins or Mercedes OM 906 LA diesel water-cooled superstructure engine, and a 563 hp (420 kW) Mercedes diesel water-cooled turbocharged carrier engine or a Cummins. 

53 mph (85 km/h) travel speed, boom removal and trailing boom kits (less dolly),   Self removable rear outrigger box, optional 8th axle, and MEGATRAK independent suspension system. The optional MegaWingLift attachment increases capacity throughout the working radius.
