Crown Lifters is coming out with an initial public offering (IPO) of 5,52,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each for cash at a fixed price of Rs 121 per equity share. The issue opens on September 9, 2016 and will close on September 19, 2016. The shares will be listed on NSE Emerge platform.
The net proceeds are being used for the purchase of a KOBELCO Hydraulic Crawler Crane (Model-CKL2600i) and issue expenses.
The book running lead manager to the issue is Sarthi Capital Advisors, while, the compliance officer for the issue is Priyanka Sanatkumar Shastri.
