Safer and Easier Operation

Ergonomic cab features abound! Crane is conveniently equipped with a wireless outrigger remote control and an optional wireless Winch remote control is available. It has custom-designed Hirschmann LMI featuring the “Load Chart Assistant” which provides multiple options based on your task at hand. Another standard feature is an auto-retract front bumper stabilizer. As soon as you retract one of the main outriggers, the FBS comes up automatically. Other Standard features, not found elsewhere, are a Boom tip/Look down camera and a luffing two-stage jib, both with obstructed picks in mind.

XCT40U adopts T880 universal chassis of Kenworth of Paccar Inc., a local enterprise of the USA, and the vehicle travel meets the certification requirements of DOT of the USA. The 2nd axle is a steerable lift axle, and the axle load requirements of different states of the USA are met to the greatest extent. H-shaped outriggers, 5 U-shaped booms, optional 2-section truss-type jib, built-in winch, fixed counterweight, and new energy-saving hydraulic system and other technologies are adopted, and the lifting performance of the complete machine is 10% higher than the highest level in the industry and it is more energy-saving. The complete machine adopts the brand new model of Generation G truck crane of XCMG, XCMG human-computer interaction system matches the car level and the integrated bus panel and 7-inch true color touch screen are adopted, and the interface is user-friendly and the operation is more comfortable.
