XCMG XGC11000 Specifications

Designated for the international crane marketplace, the XCMG XGC11000 lattice boom crawler is purpose-built for installing wind turbines and heavy lifts with a lifting height of up to 160 m.

The boom plus jib of 165 m+12 m for installation of wind turbines, is one of the longest combined booms with powerful load charts for its class facilitating wind turbines of 3 MW with hub heights up to 160 m.

The transport width is less than 3 m for economical transport. The wind power hook block, double-winch hoisting, improves lifting efficiency.

The pioneering changeable width boom of 5.2 m boom may be changed to a transport width of less than 3, the crane boosts rapid disassembly technology, with a transport weight of the heaviest single unit of 40 t, and a transport width of less than 3 m.

The double-winch matched with wind power hook, and double-rope lifting, provides a 200% improvement in lifting efficiency. Innovative super lift counterweight enables change of the distance from the super lifting counterweight from the slewing center.

The one-key mast erection technology improves the self-disassembly function for improvement in assembly and disassembly. 

Includes wireless automatic control technology for hook inclination and real-time monitoring to balance the double-sheave block hook for safer operation.

The cabin is based on an operator-centered design approach. This crane combines intuitive ergonomics and ease of use with solid, powerful aesthetics. A striking design feature is the see-through A-pillar with a hexagonal structure that gives the crane operator a full view of the front. The cabin has a protected glass roof, which further improves the view with lifting loads.
