Manitou MRT 3570 Specifications

The Manitou MRT 3570 Series all-terrain rotating telehandlers are designed for heavy-duty construction and industrial lifting. It is currently the most powerful machine in Manitou's "Vision+" lineup.

"3-in-1" Concept

The MRT 3570 is designed to switch roles instantly by swapping attachments:

  • Telehandler: With standard forks, it moves palletized loads like a traditional reach forklift.

  • Crane: Equipped with a winch or jib, it functions as a mobile crane with 360° rotation.

  • Aerial Work Platform: With a basket attachment, it becomes a safe lift for personnel to work at extreme heights.

This machine is built for "high and heavy" tasks that standard telehandlers can't touch:

  • Max Lifting Capacity: 7, 000 kg (approx. 15, 400 lbs)

  • Max Lifting Height: 34.7 meters (approx. 114 feet)

  • Max Outreach: 28 meters (approx. 92 feet)

  • Power: 211 hp Yanmar diesel engine.

3. Key Design Features

  • Pentagonal Boom: Unlike square booms, the five-sided "pentagonal" design is much more rigid. This reduces "flex" and swaying when lifting heavy loads to a maximum height of 35 meters.

  • 360° Vision+ Cab: The cab is almost entirely glass with no corner pillars. This gives the operator a clear line of sight to the load at all times, which is critical for safety on busy sites.

  • Automatic Stabilizers: The machine can level itself on uneven ground at the push of a button.

  • E-Reco System: The machine automatically detects which attachment you’ve connected and instantly updates the "load chart" on the dashboard screen so the operator knows exactly how much they can safely lift in that configuration.

4. Variations (ES and X)

You will often see two specific letters attached to the name:

  • MRT 3570 ES: The "ES" stands for Electronic Suspension. This version is more comfortable to drive over rough ground and allows the operator to tilt the entire chassis to compensate for slopes.

  • MRT-X 3570: The "X" indicates a version built for markets with different engine emission regulations (typically outside of Europe and North America).

Crane Specifications, Load Charts, and Crane Manuals are for *Reference Only* and are not to be used by the crane operator to operate any type of crane, telehandler, lift truck or aerial access device. To obtain OEM Crane Service, Crane Parts or Crane Maintenance Manuals, contact the crane and or lifting manufacturer directly.
