Sany SAC1800 Specifications
The Sany SAC1800 is an All-Terrain mobile crane with a maximum traveling speed of up to 81km/h on the 5-axle crane carrier. The steering axles 1, 2, 4, and 5 pivot around the 3rd wheel drive axle. The 5 all-terrain crane wheels have differential locks and a bar-feedback hydraulic power steering system, and an electrohydraulic steering system adopted to ensure easy steering and flexible operation, so the crane can maneuver into tight areas to work and lift on most any crane job site.
Powerful Lifting Capacity
This crane offers one of the longest boom lengths among 180-ton all-terrain cranes, at 97m, and a lifting height of 97.5m, with a max lifting capacity of 180t, ensuring a super-strong lifting capacity. The six-section telescopic boom is made of fine-grain high-strength steel with a U-shaped section.
0°-40° automatical infinite variable luffing jib is applied to ensure convenient switching over between all operating conditions with high efficiency.
Efficient Hydraulic Control Technology
A self-developed dual-pump converging/diversion main valve is used. The converging flow of the single-action dual-pump can reach up to 520 L/min, ensuring fast and efficient operation. A combined-action dual-pump diversion system is applied to ensure stable control and operation with an independent oil supply.
An electric proportional variable-displacement piston pump is used to ensure accurate flow control, and it is efficient and energy-saving.
Excellent & Stable Chassis Performance
The use of an innovative 5-axle chassis design and multi-braking modes provides more reliable travel performance.
With tipping early-warning technology, highly stable overall operation and safety can be achieved.
Intelligent Electronic Control
The adoption of an internationally advanced distributed integration bus data communication network and the configuration of a complete set of sensing elements can provide timely feedback and monitor the overall operating status in real time.
