P&H T-400XL Specifications

The 40-ton (36.3 mt) lifting capacity P&H T-400XL telescopic boom hydraulic truck crane has a 8 x 4 base truck carrier chassis with a GVW of 73, 110 lbs. (33, 161 kg). 

Equipped with a 32' - 106' (9.7 - 32.3 m) main telescopic boom with an optional 34' + 25' (10.4 + 7.6 m) 30 degree offsettable two-section jib extension for a load radius of 130' (40 m) and a maximum tip height of 170' (51.8 m). 

Powered by a 6-cylinder 225 (164 kW) Detroit Diesel 6V-53T engine coupled with a Fuller RT613 Roadranger thirteen speed forward and three reverse transmission that achieves a 47 mph (75.7 km/h) maximum speed. 

While the P&H product line of truck cranes, rough terrains, crawler cranes, and carry deck cranes are no longer in production, parts and aftermarket support are provided by Terex, Load King for truck cranes, and numerous aftermarket OEM part and component suppliers.
