Kobelco CKS1100 Specifications

The Kobelco CKS1100 is a hydraulic powered lattice boom crawler crane that comes standard with a max lift capacity of 121 tons (110 t), a main boom max length of 230 ft. (70 m), and a max jib length of 70 ft. (21 m). It comes standard with a hydraulic-driven swing unit that provides 360-degree rotation, and it’s driven by a Turbocharged and after-cooled four-cycle HINO J08E-UV engine which generates up to 286 (213 kW) and a 106-gallon (400 L) fuel tank.  

The Kobelco CKS1100 features a fully-enclosed operator cab include air conditioning, a cup holder, a footrest, a convenience compartment that can be used to store tools, a cigarette lighter, and a fully-adjustable operator’s seat.

Transportation and assembly of this powerful hydraulic crane couldn’t be any easier thanks to the self-removal tool that comes standard. The tool allows the removal of the crawler, counterweight, and car body weight without any assistance from a second crane.

That’s not all there is to like about the CKS1100 though. It also comes with a host of impressive safety features. Some of these include: a one-way call system, external alarms that go off when moving or swinging, a swing flasher and buzzer that warns people in the surrounding area during movements, and a function lock lever to prevent accidental operation of the crane.
