Kobelco CKE1800-1F Specifications

The Kobelco CKE1800-1F lattice boom crawler crane has a maximum lifting capacity of 198 Ust (180 metric ton).

The crane is powered by a water-cooled Hino P11C-UN diesel engine with direct fuel injection and turbocharger. The fuel tank holds 105 Us gallons (400 liters) to ensure high efficiency and long working hours. The hydraulic system features a four variable displacement piston pump which drives the heavy duty pump drive. The controls of the hydraulic system uses a full-flow hydraulic system for infinitely variable pressure to front and rear drums, boom hoist brakes and clutches. The touch-sensitive controls ensure smooth function while operating the crane.

The lower undercarriage crane is composed of a steel-welded carbody with a fully enclosed insulated crane operators cabin with large safety glass windows. The carbody weighs 20 Us tons.
