The Kobelco CK1600G-2 Lattice Boom Crawler Crane is purpose-built from the ground up for the North American market and is designed for reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and easy transport.

The latest engine complies with the EPA Tier IV Final standards. The model is designed with an energy-saving assist system, known as the “G-modes”, which can achieve up to a 30% savings in fuel consumption. The “G-modes” include the auto idle stop system, energy-saving winch control system, and the engine RPM limitation system.

Additional features of the G-2 series include a compact structure allowing for improved transportability, a larger cab design, an LMI touch screen, a counterweight detection device, an improved counterweight self-installation mechanism, and newly improved (short) control levers.
