IMT 16000 Series III Specifications

The IMT 16000 Series III loader crane has a 42' Boom (2H) main boom with a crane Rating of 160, 000 ft-lb (22.1 tm). The horizontal reach from centerline of rotation is 42'0" (12.8 m) and the the hydraulic extension is (double) 87" + 87" (221.0 cm + 221.0 cm) with a lifting height from the base of crane of 54'3" (16.5 m).

The crane weight base unit with platform and chair is 10, 500 lb (4762 kg).  The outrigger span at the ground level is 17'6" (5.3 m).  The crane storage height is 13'2" (4.0 m) with a required mounting space for the crane base of 36" (91 cm).

Optimum Pump Capacity tandem pump (each section) is 16 + 16 U.S. gpm (60.5L/min + 60.5L/min).

The Oil Reservoir Capacity is 40 gallon (151 L). The Center of Gravity horizontal from centerline of rotation is 95" (241.3 cm) and the  gravity vertical from bottom of crane base is 62" (157.5 cm).

Measurments based on a  40" (102 cm) truck frame height with crane plus chair and platform in stored position with extension boom retracted with fork and rotator installed – fork, rotator and link weigh approximately 600 lb (272 kg).
