The Caterpillar TH0642 is a "Next Generation" telehandler designed for high visibility and serviceability, featuring a 6, 000-lb rated load capacity and a maximum lift height of 42.1 feet. Released in early 2025, it replaces the Caterpillar TL642 and is optimized for the rental and retail markets.

• Safety Systems: Features an optional Load Stability Indication (LSI) system to alert operators of forward stability issues and a standard operator presence seat switch to prevent unauthorized movement.
• Station Options: Available in three configurations: open canopy, enclosed cab with heat, or enclosed cab with both heat and air conditioning.
