Tadano TC40127 Specifications

Previously branded as the Manitex TC40127 the Tadano TC40127 is part of the Tadano TC400 product line of high-capacity, commercial-chassis mounted telescopic boom truck cranes with a maximun lifting capacity of 40 USt (36.3 metric ton) that is designed for multi-industry crane lifting applications like residential construction, steel erection, and bridge infrastructure projects.

The Tadano TC line of boom trucks deliver fast setup times, optimized weight distribution, and enhanced stability through an integrated truck-mounted design. Out-and-down outriggers with multiple spread options and a required front bumper stabilizer provide a solid lifting base, while continuous 360° rotation, free-swing capability, and planetary hoist systems offering up to 300 fpm line speed ensure precise, controlled load handling.

Operator comfort and control are supported by a deluxe enclosed, tilting cab equipped with climate control, a heated multi-adjustable seat, and a color display for load moment and engine monitoring. PLC-based crane controls with CANBUS communication, twin dual-axis joysticks, and integrated safety systems—including LMI and work area definition—deliver reliable performance, safe operation, and consistent productivity across demanding lifting applications.
