The 45-ton lifting capacity Altec AC45-127S boom truck-mounted crane offers best-in-class safety, productivity, and operator convenience. The Dual Entry Cab comes standard providing increased visibility, limiting neck strain and associated fatigue. This model has a 100-foot load radius and more outrigger ground penetration, which reduces the amount of cribbing required to level the machine on uneven terrain. Cribbing is when a heavy load must be supported at a height greater than blocking can provide.
