Crane Features 

  • Operator Comfort and Visibility: The crane features a spacious cab, a fully adjustable seat and console, and improved visibility with lowered foot pedals. A high-resolution camera system (winch, rearview, and non-cab side swing views) is standard.
  • Self-Assembly and Transport: The 218V is designed for easy transport and self-assembly, featuring a remote control for counterweight removal and a pin catcher for boom assembly/disassembly. It can transport all overflow loads weighing less than 45, 000 lbs.
  • Control Systems: It includes a new 12-inch touchscreen display for diagnostics and a live readout of operating data. A dual-throttle system provides full horsepower control, and operator-activated Eco features (Eco Winch and auto-engine shutdown) help reduce fuel consumption and emissions.
  • Hydraulics and Braking: The hydraulic system features Kawasaki pumps and motors for responsive movement, and the wet-style multi-disc brakes include a standard free-fall operation mode.
