Grove GMK4100L-1 Specifications

The Grove GMK4100L-1 All Terrain is a four-axle unit with 100 tons of capacity that dominates the competition with performance capabilities that include best load charts in its class and narrow 2, 55 m width.

Compared to the predecessor the Grove GMK4100L, the dash 1 upgrade delivers 6.9 percent better load charts when in its 26.2-ton maximum counterweight configuration. The 60-meter boom is paired with an 18-meter telescopic swing-away jib that can be extended with an 8-meter boom extension for a total jib length of 26 meters.

Crane width has been reduced to 2.55 meters compared to 2.75 for the predecessor, and overall length is 0.5 meters shorter. A Tier 4-Final Mercedes-Benz OM470LA powers the crane and has about 429 horsepower at 1, 700 rpm and about 1, 548 lb.-ft. of torque at 1, 300 rpm.
