Released in 2002, the Link-Belt RTC-80100 Series II Rough Terrain crane has a 100-ton (90 mt) lifting capacity at a 10' (3.05 m) radius and a 90, 000 lbs. (40, 823 kg) base travel vehicle weight.
This crane features a 40' - 150' (12.2 - 45.7 m) full-power five-section formed construction boom with a quick-reeve boom head and a 31' (9.5 m) stowable one-piece lattice fly, offsettable to 2°, 25°, and 45°.
Optional 31' to 55' (9.5 - 16.8 m) two-piece bi-fold lattice fly, stowable, offsettable to 2°, 25°, and 45° and two optional 15' (4.6 m) fly insert extensions increase the fly length to 85' for a maximum tip height of 243' (74.1m).
Three boom modes - A-max1, A-max2, and standard boom lifting capacities, No deducts for stowed attachments, Hydraulic counterweight removal.
Includes Hydraulic pinned, removable front and rear outrigger boxes, removable rear winch with quick disconnects, 21, 000 lbs. (9 525 kg) max line pull and 430 fpm (131 mpm) max line speed, and six-wheel hydrostatic drive with fully independent "A" Arm suspensions.
The travel speed is 18.5 mph (29.8 km/h) with a turning radius of 21' (6.4m).
Comes with Ultra-Cab with single or dual-axis, pilot-operated controls, and CabWalk.
This model is no longer in production and was superseded by the RTC-80110 in 2011. This model is fully supported by Link-Belt distributors and is available for sale on various used crane marketplaces.
