Discontinued, the 180 US ton Demag AC 335 all terrain crane has a main boom length of 164' and a jib length of 98'.  The main boom is a five-section hydraulically telescoping boom, and features the Demag “ovaloid” design, to maximize lifting abilities.

The Demag AC 335 is designed with maneuverability in mind and reaches a top speed of 44 miles per hour, enabling the AC 335 to arrive on job sites in a timely manner. It has a reverse speed of 3.8 mph. The transmission is a ZF-Transmatik synchromesh torque converter with an electro-pneumatic gearshift. The hydro-pneumatic all axle suspension, which is three systems independent of one another, give a smooth ride for the crane driver.

The crane is powered by a 435 horsepower Damier-Benz OM 442 LA water-cooled eight cylinder diesel engine

The operator cab is designed for the safety and comfort of the operator. The load moment limiter informs the crane operator when they going over the load limit, to avoid overloading the crane and causing an accident. The crane comes standard with a hot air heater, to allow operators to work in extreme conditions and handling lifts in most any weather conditions.

Crane Specifications, Load Charts, and Crane Manuals are for *Reference Only* and are not to be used by the crane operator to operate any type of crane, telehandler, lift truck or aerial access device.
