The Broderson IC-80-1E is a compact, industrial carry deck crane manufactured primarily during the mid-to-late 1990s that belongs to the highly popular IC-80 Series that is widely used in tight manufacturing facilities, refineries, and mechanical workshops for material handling and pick-and-carry tasks. 

The "1E" designation signifies a 1-section hydraulically extended main telescopic boom that reaches 8.2' - 20.2' (2.5 - 6.1 m) and is optimized for lower-clearance and heavy-duty structural lifts tips out to 37' (11.3 m) with the 10' (3 m) jib extension.
