Manitex 102SX Specifications

The Manitex 102SX is a 30-ton rated capacity 60, 000 lb maximum capacity boom truck crane featuring a 112’ sheave height main boom, a 95’ lift radius, and a 360° continuous rotation full capacity at 360° load chart plus a 158’ maximum tip with the two-stage 26’-46’ telescopic jib. 

The “X” style outriggers have a 20’5” spread, DS85 CAN bus LMI with no external cord with reel, rotating crane operator platform and seat, radio anti-two-block warning w/o reel, boom rest, true two-speed winch, and grooved winch drum. hydraulic oil cooler, pilot-operated crane controls, air shift PTO, rotation-resistant load line, and downhaul ball.

The Manitex 102SX is part of the series 2802SX boom truck lineup originally developed by Pioneer Engineering famous for the patented "X" style outrigger designs featuring a 500-degree rotation over the front swing.   

The X-style outrigger extends and retracts proportionally by a double-acting hydraulic cylinder and cable-crowd system that is equipped with easily replaceable Teflon plugged nylatron wear pads for smooth operation.
