ALE Heavy Lift has transported two transformers, weighing 193t each, from Invergordon Port to the job site in Fyrish in Scotland, UK

The transformers were received at Invergordon Port and transported using 14 axle lines of conventional trailers with two Trojan Trucks.
Once on site, the transformer was installed to plinth using jacking and skidding techniques and equipment.
Three days later, the second transformer was delivered and installed. As part of the same contract, ALE will deliver two further transformers, weighing 145t, to another job site nearby. This is expected to complete in mid-October.
