Construction

Bates AC specializes in commercial new construction developments that range from one story to five story buildings. Our team can design and execute any project to suit your needs. We have Carrier Controls Experts on staff than can plan and implement building integration for your HVAC and exhaust systems.

Sheet Metal Shop

Our complete line of sheet metal and ductboard equipment allows us to design, cut, and form all ductwork and fittings to any job.

We have two CNC plasma cutters and a five foot coil line to make our metal duct. Our flanged duct connector (TDF) creates a stronger and more leak-free duct system through the combination of bolting the duct connector and gasket joint together. We can create any configuration of ductwork to meet your project needs!

Install Department

The install department is made up of seven teams that are trained in safe and efficient practices to install ductwork (metal and ductboard), copper linesets, AHUs, RTUs, and much more. With the use of our onsite lifts and fully stocked warehouse, they are able to complete any project presented to them.

Design Builds

Our field staff is backed by our in-house CAD designer and engineers to design the best system for your project. If you have an existing project, we can perform constructability checks, retrofit, and implement value engineering to keep costs low and ensure quality.
