TEREX SS-1056C is a 10-ton rough terrain telescoping boom material handler, it has 56-ft of lift used to handle material on-site, exterior walls, and a 12' man basket.

Other equipment includes a 65' Genie telescoping aerial boom, 19' JLG Scissor lift, 40' Genie GS4390 Scissor lift, and 45' Genie Z45/22 telescoping aerial boom. 

LOCBID Construction, Inc. was family-owned and operated since its inception in 1985. Louis Ouellette started LOCBID primarily as a residential construction company. Over the years LOCBID moved into the Commercial arena. 

While in business LOCBID employed up to 15-20 professionals in framing, exterior trim, interior trim, and finish work.  After 37 years in business, the founder Louis Ouellette is retiring and currently selling two Altec BoomTruck Cranes.
